Returns and Exchanges

Your complete satisfaction is our goal! If you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return items for a refund or store credit, depending on the circumstances. Returned merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition as it was received. Items that were used cannot be returned.



In-Store purchases are eligible for 3 days store credit or exchange, from date of purchase.

Gift purchases may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days.

Online purchases of non-sale merchandise that you return must be received by us within 7 days of receipt (as defined by the date when our carrier delivers the merchandise to your address) for a full refund minus shipping.

For online orders that choose in store pick-up, the In-Store return policy will be followed and only store credit will be given for 3 days.

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, the sale is final. After 7 days, we will not accept any merchandise for return.

Some exclusions may apply to sale items. We also do not accept returns after Holidays of items purchased before that Holiday.



Sale Items:

Sale items are final sale and are not valid for returns or exchanges. Sale items are defined as those on sale or purchased with a promo code for 20% off or more.


Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and our email will notify you if we have approved or rejected the return.
If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method minus the original shipping


It may take 1-2 weeks for the credit or refund to be processed.

Please include your packing slip and receipt when returning merchandise to ensure your return is processed correctly and quickly.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please note, once a package has been delivered, we unfortunately cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged items.
